Michael F. Ceppi, President

Mike has been with Alan Gray
since 1990. He is President of the Affiliated Alan Gray Companies and a leader
of the Alan Gray, Inc. Reinsurance Recoveries practice. He has over 15
years of experience in claims accounting, auditing and adjusting, with
special expertise in accounting, auditing and management of toxic, mass
tort, environmental, aggregate and reinsurance claims. Prior to joining
Alan Gray, he worked at Lexington Insurance and Claims Overload Systems.
Mike is also an Air Force veteran. He received his B.A. from Excelsior
College and did graduate work in Strategic Studies at Boston University.

Al’s career in the insurance
claims industry spans more than 30 years. During that time, he has
amassed a great deal of hands-on experience with primary and
excess/surplus lines and reinsurance claims with various companies,
including Cameron & Colby, John Hancock P&C and Sentry Insurance.
He has also managed a variety of claims departments. He has negotiated
cases and conducted claims audits in product liability, medical and legal
malpractice, general liability and a variety of environmental, toxic tort
and other mass tort matters. He founded Alan H. Gray & Associates,
Inc. in 1988, and is a graduate of Colby College.

Paul M. Roach, Managing Director
|
|
|
As Managing Director of Alan
Gray, Inc., Paul brings over 15 years of experience – at Crum &
Forster and other insurers – to his work in toxic tort and environmental
claims, as well as legal invoice auditing. He also oversees Alan Gray,
Inc.’s general operations and consults in the areas of reinsurance,
allocation and arbitration. Paul, a graduate of Providence College,
received his M.B.A. from Boston University and his J.D. from Suffolk
University School of Law.

Jeffrey A. Genereux, Managing Director
|
|
|
Jeff has over 14 years of
insurance industry experience. He has handled adjusting duties – in
general and products liability, fleet/auto liability, and premises
liability – for Safety Insurance and Crawford Risk Management. At Alan
Gray, Inc., he supervises, conducts and reports on aggregate audits of
general, product, toxic tort and environmental liability claims. Clients
and their attorneys also turn to Jeff for loss allocation, exposure
analysis and payment projections to facilitate settlements. He is a graduate
of the College of William & Mary.

Katherine A. Hawke, Vice
President-Director of Legal Audit Services

Katherine
has worked with Alan Gray since 1999. She has a total of over 20 years of
experience in the insurance and legal industries, having previously worked for Lexington
Insurance, Zurich American Insurance, Electric Mutual Liability
Insurance, and others in a variety of capacities. As Vice
President of Legal Audit Services at Alan Gray, Inc., she manages and coordinates legal invoice audits and reconciliations. Past clients include corporations, private individuals, executors of estates, law firms and insurers. Katherine has testified as an expert at trial and other legal proceedings. She is a graduate of Union College and Suffolk University
Law School. Katherine holds an MBA from Suffolk University and is a member of
the Massachusetts and Federal Bars.

Gregory P.
Gaines, Vice President Director of Audit Services

Greg
has over twelve years experience in the legal and insurance industries
and has held claims and management positions at Environmental Compliance
Services, AIG, and RiverStone Claims Management. As a Vice President of
Alan Gray Inc., he is the Director of Audit Services and oversees all
phases of complex claim and legal invoice audits. Greg’s experience
includes work on multiple coverage lines with an emphasis on commercial
casualty toxic tort, product liability and environmental claims. He also
provides consulting services regarding insurance defense litigation
management, exposure modeling and financial reconciliation analysis. Greg
is an experienced expert witness having testified at deposition and trial
in that capacity. He received his B.A. from Bucknell University and J.D.
from New England School of Law.

Richard G. Grant, Vice President Director of Reinsurance and Accounting Services

Rick joined Alan Gray, Inc. in
2005 as part of their Reinsurance Recoveries practice. He has over 20
years experience in collections, commutations, offset management, and
dispute resolution working with domestic and London Market companies.
Prior to joining Alan Gray, Inc. he oversaw the Global Commutation and
Offset Management areas at Horizon Management Group. He received a BS in
Accountancy from Bentley College, and an MBA from Suffolk University.
